Spiritual Coaching

What is Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual Coaching helps subjects find their “inner light” and is suitable for those on a spiritual path who wish to investigate higher wisdom and a greater awareness of the age old knowledge and practices.

You will experience a deep understanding and connection with humanity and cover themes from living a balanced life, self healing, reincarnation, karmic debt, discovering your soul’s life purpose, manifesting your needs and the meaning of your current life path.

The Dark Tunnel
Viewed in the right light, negative experiences produce a time of restructure, new thoughts…like a renaissance of development and progression. The confusion, turbulence, insecurity of modern times should equate and re-balance. Negativity (and all that is related to it) can be changed into a positive learning experience. New opportunities, awareness, a need for further knowledge and information, research, self and inner development of the individual…which will have a “knock on” effect on how they integrate (cope) and behave in society.

When the negativity has reached its pinnacle, often the individual will experience “the dark night of the soul”. This is a personal disquiet, an emptiness that can lead to an even lower moral and depression. Incorporated may be the feeling(s) of no self worth, hope or direction. A major life crisis like loss of wealth, health, a close associate or role can bring this to fruition. Individuals can loose focus and start the age old question “what’s it all about/for” They can submerge themselves into self-harm such as drink or drugs, a disrespect for others by violence, affairs or separation. It can be the pleasure seeking or ultimate destruction. From this catalyst…most progress…This is the time when they most people will seek help; re-evaluate themselves and start to progress to raise their vibration.

What's it all about...life?
Spiritual Coaching can aid you to answer the age old question “Why are we here?” that causes many theorists into deep debates. I always start by asking the personal question “Why am I here?”

Spiritual Coaching can help raise awareness of the self, (past, present and future), develop and set realistic goals, gain energy and understand intuition (development of psychic abilities), be a form of relaxation and detoxification, the opportunity to meet like minded people and help reduce fear and anxiety; Spiritual Coaching gives hope.

For example, as a starting point, you will be asked to express your likes and dislikes, what you enjoy doing and don’t, your aims, life goals and dreams (say if you won the jackpot on the lottery) what would you ideally like to achieve? Once we had made a visible list in black and white, I then ask the dynamic question…”What truly inspires you?”

High Achievers Take Risks
The comfort zone is where a lot of materialistic, lazy or frightened individuals can get stuck as they act out their “supposed” life plan on the Earth plane. Security is a beautiful thing in the modern world but can stop us from taking risks to achieve their desires, fear of failure or the inability to cope with criticism or change.

In freeing your spirit and reassessing your life, you will find the personal courage, strength and confidence to pursue your goals and new challenges. When you believe and trust (firstly in the self), and start listening to that “gut” feeling we all call intuition – the empowerment of making that decision and stepping forward on a new life path creates the most inexplicable opportunities for the traveller on the life journey.

Life is an amalgamation of stepping stones and it can takes years before we see why a particular scenario, event or happening occurred, why we were inspired at that time and how it has led us to where we are.

The doors of opportunity are constantly opening. It is important to learn from the ones that close. This can be a sign post or the motivation to move into a new (and often exciting or frightening) period of uncertainty in your life where self development and personal strength is gained.

A Bit of Advice about Self Help
Take the time to consider options and resources available to you... Join a group with like minded people to gain from their strength and experiences. Read, read, read…relevant books, scan the internet. Learn to know the difference between being lonely and being alone. Put the “time out” period to good use via meditation, letting your thoughts flow (and writing them down), exercising (a brisk walk in natures weather is spiritually refreshing and gets the endorphins moving, therefore lifts the spirit). Cleanse, love and respect your body with water and keeping the methodology of “everything in moderation”

Throughout life, we often take the wrong directional path, but for some reason, when we get to the dead end, we know we have to change direction. Often we go the long way round to reach the desired life plan location (and still might not be aware that it’s our destiny!) Free will and the influence of others can cause no end of detours.

Re-Write you Life Plan and be in Control of Your own Destiny
The most important thing about being spiritually connected is to find/create a personalised divine plan. You have to learn to accept and love the “self” before you can reach out to others, the environment and the world. Knowing who you are is the most important part of discovering the Soul Life purpose.

On embarking on a spiritual path, “time out” alone is essential for the individual to find personal balance. A time of reflection of past occurrences, thoughts, feelings and emotions that have been suppressed, to be acknowledged, rise to the surface and be addressed.

Other peoples opinions and influence can be confusing (no matter how well meant!) and overwhelming – often leaving you with further waves of emotions and distinct undercurrents in trying to please them, instead of the self.

In detaching for a short period – contemplation and the healing process can start. It’s about finding the love and positivity within and changing your outlook on life – creating a positive mental attitude and raising your vibration.

Often people say “this or that person has not found themselves yet”. Thomas Szaz (Philosopher) argued that the self is not something that one can find…it’s something that the individual must (re)create.

Through “time out” or a period alone (like many of the great Spiritual Leaders, Master Healers and Prophets) the individual begins to realise that mind power and control must start with the self. Learning “to get your head together” is discovering a personal defence/protection mechanism for coping and how to be more self-contained with inner strength. Solitude standing is when the individual can accept and feel very comfortable alone within one’s own presence.
